Cancellation Policy

SKORR Design values the time of our clients and our team. We understand that unexpected events can occur, but we ask that you respect our scheduling by complying with the following policy. You may cancel or reschedule your Exploration Call without penalty up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour window, we may not be able to accommodate a new date immediately due to existing bookings and commitments. Please note, if the appointment is cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. By scheduling an Exploration Call, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy, which enables us to accurately schedule our time and provide the best service to all of our clients.
